20A 10x38 mm fuse

This 20-amp fuse is installed in some hot tub control systems.

This ceramic fuse is of type 20A aM, meanng that it only protects against short circuits, unlike gC type fuses which also protect against overloads. It is therefore suitable for motor protection because it allows overload to pass through when starting.
