Gecko Maelstrom MS-1 3 HP single-speed pump

Gecko's new Maelstrom MS-1 single-speed massage pump is equipped for the first time with a brand-new Gecko custom-made motor that offers good resistance to water infiltration.

The dimensions of the Maelstrom MS-1 are almost similar to the XP2e, which is slightly more powerful.

Pipe connections
Male thread (2-inch MBT) with a 78 mm outside diameter.
This pump is supplied with pump unions for 2-inch pipes. You can also choose pump unions for 1.5-inch pipes or 63 mm pipes.

Cable and plug
The Gecko Maelstrom pump is delivered pre-cabled with an AMP plug (length 240 cm). You can also choose to have it pre-cabled by our team with a mini J&J plug.

An in.link plug is also available, but we recommend that you keep your existing cable if it's in good condition. Your pump may indeed be defective for many reasons, but the power cable is rarely to blame.

Similar pump
The Maelstrom pump has the same motor power and thread size as the Waterway Executive 2.5HP, and it is more compact. If you want to replace your pump with another model, check beforehand the available space and the fixing distances as pipe connection adjustments may be necessary.
