Balboa 3 kW compact heater with pressure switch
This compact 3 kW heater will heat the water automatically to a fixed temperature of 40°C, unless you install a thermostat elsewhere to set a lower temperature. It has a built-in pressure switch to detect water flow, and a thermal cutoff at around 50°C, as a safety feature in case the other temperature regulation systems fail. It must be installed on the discharge side of the pump (see installation instructions), and can be positioned horizontally or vertically.
The heater must be installed below the water level and in such a way that the water can reach it when filling the spa, and to avoid any risk of air pockets forming around the heater.
The heater is supplied with plumbing connections and gaskets.
