This self-adhesive overlay fits a Balboa VL801D keypad.
It is available in 2 versions. The only difference between the two is the top right-hand button, which is labelled "Blower" in one version and "Jets 3" in the other.
The eight buttons are:

- Mode/Prog
- Warm
- Cool
- Blower
- Light
- Jets 1
- Jets 2 or Aux
