Delivery information for the 2024 Summer Games

As you know, this summer will be marked by the Olympic Games (from July 26 to August 11) and Paralympic Games (from August 28 to September 8) taking place in Paris.

This major event will impact our delivery times not only in the capital but also in Versailles, Saint-Denis, Le Bourget, and all other cities hosting events, such as Marseille for sailing and Bordeaux for rugby.

More specifically, we anticipate delivery delays in these areas due to the implementation of restricted traffic zones and the inaccessibility of certain delivery sites located in the gray or red zones.

Our carriers will, of course, do everything possible to ensure deliveries, even in the most affected areas. In the event of an inability to deliver, you will be contacted to choose an alternative delivery point. If we do not hear from you, the package will be deposited at the nearest pickup point to the initial delivery address.
