HydroAir/Balboa HA460 Perseus wet end seal

This wet end seal is a component of the HydroAir / Balboa HA460 (formerly Perseus) wet end. It is also compatible with the HA400 wet end.

The wet end seal ensures that the water doesn't leak out of the pump wet end, along the motor shaft. It comes in two parts: one mounts on the wet end and the other slots in behind the impeller.

For a better seal at the steel collar, we recommend the addition of a silicone gasket or an O-ring.

Some wet end pumps are supplied with wet end seals that have an additional o-ring seal. In the case of a wet end seal replacement (delivered without o-ring), we advise you to add silicone to the bottom of the wet end pump to to ensure it is sealed correctly.
