Sundance Spas / Sweetwater headrest

This headrest for Sundance Spas and Sweetwater hot tubs (manufactured and distributed by Sundance Spas) is made from grey textured polyurethane.

The headrest fits onto a support bracket attached to the spa with two screws and two threaded bushings, which are available as spare parts (see illustration, with available parts in bold).
